Double bedroom available for single or couple with pet

I have one double bedroom with a king size bed available in my house in Guildford, Surrey which is around 1 hour outside of London. It would suit a single person or a couple who are happy to share the room. Pets are also ok! You would be staying with me and my boyfriend, we both work full time, age 26 and 30. The bathroom and kitchen would be shared. We have good transport links and a big garden.
