Single room in a small Countryside Village location

I have a single room available with shared access to the bathroom, Kitchen and Lounge and Dining Room.. My house is located in a small Countryside village location in the North East part of the UK.. There is a bus stop just a short walk away which runs to the local town which is about 5 mins away and from there you have links either with bus or trains to the bigger cities such as Durham and Newcastle.. I know that most people want to be in or close to the major city of London but the North East is such a fantastic area and is a lot cheaper in the cost of living.. The room I have is currently uses as a office ​/​ storage room as seen in the picture but all that would be moved out and a brand new single bed and mattress put in..
