Ideal for mother and child

Our home consists of single 40 something year old and 3 year old boy who would love to share his toys! The house is a bit of a mess as building work going on externally but it’s safe and secure and is offered as a haven. The room is a large double bedroom, shared bathroom etc. No pets but happy to house them.
