Large double room shared facilities

I live in a pretty town with all amenities close by. My house is spacious quiet and peaceful. I am a business owner of a coffee shop and also a bar so I work hard and not always at home. My son lives here separately on the ground floor and I live on the second floor with one other lodger. The middle floor room is vacant. We have a large kitchen 2 bathrooms laundry room and back garden. We are friendly easy going and very layed back people. We would love to help.
