Double room in child friendly family house in Brighton, UK

We are a couple with two children under four, so we would be perfect for a mother with baby or toddler (or two) because we have a house full of children's clothes, toys and equipment (prams, cots, high chairs, nappies etc) and we'd be happy to share. House is a four bedroom house on the edge of the seaside city of Brighton. Five minute walk from a bus stop, 15 minute bus ride to the centre of the city and only one hour from there to London by train. We are an active family who run our own business, like to keep fit, socialise with friends and take our children on days out. We would very much like to help and offer our spare room for as long as it is needed. Also happy to help with visa application and transport to get you here
