House on the ocean.

I have two bedrooms that are fully furnished for someone looking to move to Canada. I bought a house on the ocean and am fixing it up, looking for someone to help water the garden and take my dog for walks. Nord-est de Montréal. Mon loyer est de 690$ par mois pour un 4½ cela fait 8 ans que je suis dans cette appartement. 690$ = Loyer par mois 180$ = Hydro-Quebec plan budgétaire preuve à l'appuie. 100$ = Internet haute vitesse = 970$ par mois Divisé en 2 = 485$ par mois chaque + 90 $ = passe autobus adulte + 85$ = ton téléphone cellulaire = 660$ par mois et tu pourra te déplacer, dormir en sécurité dans un endroit familial et super agréable. En temps normal, en moyenne ça coûte 1200$ par mois. Mais, pas mon appartement. A Montréal, pour une famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants c'est difficiles et chère. Mon appartement est à une rue d'une école primaire et à 7 minutes à pied d'une grande épicerie et d'une pharmacie. Idéal pour une petite famille avec de jeunes enfants. C'est le pourquoi, je cherche une petite famille qui pourra et saura profiter de cette occasion pour se refaire une vie très rapidement.

One boy or young man in village in Quebec

I have a small furnished bedroom in a house in Ormstown, Quebec. Share kitchen, dining room, porch, yard, space to work in garage if wanted. Share meals as wanted. This is a small town about 90 minutes travel from Montreal. There are buses and I can drive; not every day but we are not isolated. I am used to hosting foreign students and would be happy to give a place to a boy or young man age about 14 to 26. Severe allergies, no smoking, no artificial scents. Otherwise very open. You will want to learn French in Quebec. Another language is a gift. I am a semi-retired teacher and can support you while you learn. There are high schools and adult education in French and English available here and in the nearby towns. There is a French language college nearby, with buses. There are jobs available in farming -- mostly very modern mechanized farms -- food processing factories, and construction. Canada is a modern country and we have all facilities. The house is heated by electricity and we have internet and all utilities. There is a washing machine for clothes and a dishwasher. The schools are modern. There is a small hospital here and two larger ones twenty minutes away. This is a great place for someone who likes open spaces and quiet. No urban scene, but modern and comfortable. Cozy Countryside Farmstead

We live on a 5 acre farm with an orchard, gardens and animals. We have a large house. I have been turning the half basement into a separate suite. It currently has a cozy bedroom, bathroom and living space (slightly unfinished cosmetic wise) Happy to host a small family. There is a double bed in the room and a single day bed in the living area. Unterkunft in Dachgeschosswohnung

Hallo Wir können Ihnen eine Unterkunft für maximal3 Personen mit maximal 3 Betten in einer 75 qm großen Dachgeschosswohnung in 58091 Hagen anbieten. Das Zimmer (26 qm) muss geteilt werden, aber die Privatsphäre kann mit einem Raumteiler gewährleistet werden. In der ganzen Wohnung gibt es stabiles und gutes WLAN. Es leben 6 Katzen mit mir in der Wohnung und seit Ende März 2 ukrainische Flüchtlinge (Mutter und Tochter) Alle anderen Räume und Geräte können natürlich jederzeit genutzt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Schulen und Kindergärten sind in der Nähe. Ich helfe gerne bei allen wichtigen administrativen Fragen, bei der Wohnungssuche usw. LG

Guesthouse available in Venlo

We have a guesthouse in our garden, witch is completely private. It has a bedroom with a 2 personsbed, small kitchen, bathroom and living room (former homeoffice, desk is still there. Can be removed for more room or stay there to use). In the bedroom there is enough room to place an extra mattress or there can be placed matrasses in the livingroom. But would not recommend this with a longer stay, the space isn’t very big. But for a short time it can be an good option to be safe and see if there is an good accommodation or jobs in the neighborhood. So it is big enough for 2 adults and a few children for an longer stay, short stay can be more people. There is a big garden to play or relax. All facilities in the main house can be used.
